Motor Controller
Implement high-performance motor control directly in FPGA/SoC hardware.
OVERVIEW
We implement high-performance motor control directly on FPGA and SoC hardware. We eliminate current and position loops at speeds and latencies that microcontroller-based drivers struggle to achieve. From field-oriented control to encoder interface, we provide stable and multi-axis motor control on a single device.
KEY SERVICES
Field-oriented Control (FOC)
Full FOC implementation for BLDC and PMSM motors, including Clarke/Park transforms realized efficiently in FPGA logic.
PID Control Loops
Hardware PID controllers for current, speed, and position regulation, tuned for low-latency, deterministic response.
PWM Generation
High-resolution, dead-time-controlled PWM for precise, safe power-stage switching.
Encoder & Feedback Interfaces
Quadrature (incremental) and absolute encoder support (e.g., BiSS, EnDAT, SSI) for accurate position and speed sensing.
Multi-axis Control
Multiple independent motor axes coordinated on a single FPGA/SoC.
Motor Communication Interfaces
Fieldbus connectivity such as CAN and EtherCAT for drive integration.
